Junk Removal FAQ

Questions that change the scope.

All property-maintenance questions
What junk cannot be included?

Do not include hazardous, leaking, unidentified, biological, or restricted materials. Chemicals, fuel, paint, propane, asbestos, medical waste, very heavy items, and demolition material require direct review and may not be accepted.

Is collection or disposal included?

Do not assume it is included. The material, volume, local disposal requirements, and requested handling need to be discussed as part of the scope.

What should I send for an estimate?

Send the address, choose the closest service, add your timing, and attach one wide photo showing the full work area plus one close-up showing the problem. Add an access photo when a gate, slope, stairs, parking, or machine route matters.
