Quote requests
The quote tool prepares a message on your device. Your service, address, timing and selected quote photos are not uploaded to this website by that tool. They leave your device only when you choose an external call, text, email or share action, and the provider you choose then handles them under its terms.
Customer reviews
When you use the review form, this website receives the name or nickname, optional city or area, optional service, star rating, review text, and any photos, GIFs or videos you select. A confirmation reference and submission time are also stored. The form does not require an account or email address.
How review content is used
Review submissions are held privately for moderation. Sal may approve relevant, genuine submissions for display on the public reviews page, take a published review offline, or permanently delete a submission and its media. Moderation is intended to protect privacy, prevent spam and abuse, and keep content relevant. Submitted media is used only with the publication consent shown on the form.
Security and abuse prevention
Uploads are limited by file type, number and size. Pending media is kept outside public browsing, filenames are randomized, and request-rate records use a one-way connection hash rather than storing the submitted IP address in the review record. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Media is optional. Use only a name or nickname you are comfortable displaying publicly. Do not upload faces, licence plates, addresses, children, or another person's property unless you have permission. Retention and service providers
Pending and published review content is retained on the website host until it is removed or no longer needed. Hosting, telephone, messaging and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. This site does not sell customer review content.
